If you didn't find what you were looking for, need a special color or we didn't
have enough of a product currently in stock please send us an email to: customerservice@sipsofstring.com
We do not back order products, but we will be happy to consider all requests and
place you on a waiting list for when the product becomes available. When it
arrives you will be sent and email and have 48 hours to contact us or to place
the item on order. If we haven't heard from you in that time then the item will
become available to the next person on the list. If there is no one on the list
then it will be placed into general stock and become available through the
website on a first come first serve basis.
